President of Republic congratulates President of the Russian Federation

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent a congratulatory message today, Thursday, to His Excellency Mr Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of his country’s National Day celebrations.
The text of the message is as follows:
“Your Excellency,
On the occasion of your country’s National Day, I am pleased to extend to you my warmest congratulations, wishing the friendly Russian people further progress and prosperity.
I also reaffirm our commitment to continuing efforts to strengthen and develop the existing cooperative relations between our two countries in the interests of our two friendly peoples.
