President of Republic Returns to Nouakchott

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, returned to Nouakchott this Thursday evening after attending the Africa CEO Forum 2026 in the Rwandan capital, Kigali, and the ‘Africa Forward’ summit hosted by the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
Upon his arrival at Nouakchott International Airport “Oum Al-Tounsi”, His Excellency the President of the Republic was received by His Excellency the Prime Minister, Mr Mokhtar Ould Diay, the Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency, Mr Moulay Ould Mohamed Lagdhaf, His the Minister-Counsellor to the Presidency, Mr Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallah Ben Bayyah, the Minister of Justice, Mr Mohamed Ould Soueidatt, and the Vice Wali of West Nouakchott, Mr Ekhyarhoum Ould El Moustapha.
His Excellency the President was accompanied by a high-level delegation.
