President of Republic Congratulates South African Counterpart

On 26 April, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Republic, sent the following congratulatory telegram to His Excellency Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, President of the Republic of South Africa, on the occasion of the country’s National Day:
