Defense Minister Meets With UNODC Representative for West, Central Africa

On 14 April in Nouakchott, Mr. Hanana Ould Sidi, the Minister of Defense, Retirees, and Children of Martyrs’ Affairs, met with Ms. Sylvie Bertrand, the representative of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) for West and Central Africa, who is currently visiting our country.

Discussions focused on areas of cooperation between Mauritania and the United Nations, particularly in combating drugs and crime, as well as on ways to strengthen this cooperation.
