President of Republic Receives IMF Delegation

On 9 April in Nouakchott, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, received a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), led by Mr. Felix Fischer.

The meeting focused on cooperation between Mauritania and the IMF and ways to strengthen and expand it. Discussions also addressed developments in the international economic situation and related challenges.
