Human Rights Commissioner Meets with Director of World Vision in Mauritania

The Commissioner for Human Rights, Humanitarian Action, and Relations with Civil Society, Mr. Sid Ahmed Ould Ely Bnane, met Wednesday, at his office in Nouakchott with the Director of World Vision in Mauritania, Ms. Lisa Washington So.

During the meeting, they reviewed areas of joint cooperation, particularly regarding the strengthening of civil society organizations’ performance, ways to develop them, and how to propel them toward broader horizons.

The meeting also addressed efforts to develop and enhance the performance of national and international civil society organizations operating in our country.
