President of Republic Congratulates Brazilian Counterpart

The President of the Republic,his excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following congratulatory message to Mr. Jair Bolsonaro, President of the Federative Republic of Brazil:
