Foreign Affairs Minister Makes Phone Call to his Iranian Counterpart

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismaël Ould Cheikh Ahmed, had a telephone call on Thursday with his counterpart from the Islamic Republic of Iran, HE. Coverin Amir Abdoullahian.
During this communication, the Minister congratulated his Iranian counterpart on his choice as head of his country’s diplomacy, wishing him every success in his new functions.
The two sides discussed the excellent relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples.
