Foreign Minister Meets With European Commissioner for Home Affairs, Migration

On 23 March in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, met with Mr. Magnus Brunner, European Commissioner for Home Affairs and Migration.

The meeting discussed strategic cooperation between Mauritania and the European Union, focusing on ways to strengthen and develop this cooperation to serve common interests. Discussions also covered a variety of other topics.
