President of Republic Returns to Nouakchott
His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, returned to Nouakchott on Friday evening from the city of Kaédi following a several-day inspection visit to the Gorgol Region.
Upon his arrival at Nouakchott–Oumtounsy International Airport, His Excellency was welcomed by the Prime Minister, Mr. El Moctar Ould Djay; the Minister Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallahi Ben Boya; the Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohamed Ould Soueidatt; the President’s Chief of Special Staff, Major General Mohamed El Mokhtar Cheikh Menny; the Deputy Director of the President’s Cabinet, Ms. Gandéga Fatimata; the Wali (Governor) of West Nouakchott, Mr. Hammoud Ould Mhamed; and the Vice-President of the Nouakchott Region, Ms. Hawa Sidibé.
His Excellency the President of the Republic was accompanied by a high-level delegation, including:
