President of Republic Leaves for Kaedi

On 8 February, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, departed from Nouakchott for the city of Kaedi as part of an information and working visit to the wilaya of Gorgol.

The President of the Republic was greeted at Nouakchott’s Oumtounsy International Airport by Mr. El Moctar Ould Djay, the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallahi Ben Biya, Minister Counselor at the Presidency of the Republic, Mr. Hanana Ould Sidi,  Minister of Defense, Retirees, and Children of Martyrs’ Affairs, Major General Mohamed Mokhtar Cheikh Menni, Chief of Special Staff of the President of the Republic, Ms. Gandega Fatimata,  Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, Mr. Hamoud Ould M’hamed,  Wali of Nouakchott West, and Ms. Hawa Sidi Be, Vice President of the Nouakchott Region.

Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouani is accompanied by a large delegation comprising:
