President of Republic Visits Exhibition at 14th Heritage Cities Festival

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, presided this Friday in the city of Ouadane over the opening of the exhibition organized as part of the 14th edition of the Heritage Cities Festival, hosted by Ouadane this year.

The President toured the various pavilions of the exhibition, where he viewed a diverse range of exhibits, including books and manuscripts that reflect the rich intellectual contribution and the significant scientific status held by our ancient cities over many centuries.

He also viewed samples of national traditional handicrafts, noting their precision, uniqueness, and quality. Additionally, he reviewed scientific, intellectual, and media publications from several national institutions.

Furthermore, His Excellency inspected pavilions showcasing the interventions of national institutions in the fields of education, media, environmental protection, tourism promotion, and university studies in Islamic sciences.

During his visit to the exhibition, the President was accompanied by the Governor of Adrar, the Minister of Culture, Arts, Communication, and Relations with Parliament (the Government Spokesperson), the presidential delegation, and the administrative, municipal, and security authorities of the region.
