President of the Republic congratulates the President of the United Arab Emirates

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, today, Tuesday, sent the following congratulatory message to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates:
