Prime Minister receives the Ambassador of Japan

Nouakchott, November 7, 2025 (AMI) – The Prime Minister, Mr. El Moctar Ould Djay, received in audience this Friday in Nouakchott the Ambassador of Japan to Mauritania, H.E. Uchida Tatsukuni.

The audience provided an opportunity to review the cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and further develop them, in addition to matters of common interest.The meeting took place in the presence of the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff, Mr. Cheikh Ould Zeidane, and the Prime Minister’s adviser in charge of political affairs, Mrs. Hindou Mint Aïnina.
