Minister of Higher Education Leaves Nouakchott for Kyoto, Japan

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Yacoub Ould Amine, left Nouakchott, on Wednesday evening, heading to Kyoto, Japan, at the invitation of the Japanese Minister of State for Science and Technology Policy.
The Minister will participate in the 22nd session of the STS Forum, scheduled to be held on September 5 in Kyoto.
