The President of the Republic congratulates his Chinese counterpart

The President of the Republic His Excellency, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent a message of congratulations on Tuesday to His Excellency Mr. Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

The message reads as follows:

“Your Excellency,

On the occasion of your country’s celebration of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, I am pleased to extend my warmest congratulations and wish the friendly Chinese people further progress and prosperity.

While assuring you of our unwavering support for the One China principle, I highly appreciate the high level of cooperation and friendship between our two countries and reiterate our commitment to continue our efforts to strengthen and develop them, in the interests of our two friendly peoples.
