Foreign Minister Meets With Omani Counterpart

On 24 September, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meetings in New York, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, met with his Omani counterpart, Mr. Badr Hamad bin Hamood Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the strong fraternal and cooperative relations between the two brotherly countries, mechanisms for strengthening joint Arab action, and  consult on all regional and international issues of common interest.
