On 3 September, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, left Nouakchott for Algiers to participate in the fourth edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair.
Upon his departure from Nouakchott-Oumtounsy International Airport, His Excellency the President of the Republic was greeted by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Diay, the Minister-Couselor at the Presidency, Mr. Mohamed Ould Abdallahi Ould Ethmane; the Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallahi Ben Boye; the Minister of Defense, Retirees, and Children of Martyrs, Mr. Hanena Ould Sidi; the Minister of Interior, Promotion of Decentralization, and Local Development, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, the Chief of the Special Staff of the President of the Republic, Major General Brahim Vall Cheibani Cheikh Ahmed; the Deputy Director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, Ms. Gandega Fatimata; the Wali of Nouakchott-West, Mr. Mrabih Rabou Ould Bounena Ould Abidine; and the Vice President of the Nouakchott Region, Mr. Brahim Ould Beyrouk.
The President of the Republic is accompanied by a large delegation comprising:
