President of the Republic holds a Meeting with the Prime Minister of Japan.

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, held today, Wednesday, a meeting with the Prime Minister of Japan, Mr. Shigeru Ishiba, on the sidelines of the ninth edition of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9) taking place in Yokohama, Japan.
The discussions covered ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries, in addition to reviewing a number of issues of common interest.
