Minister of Foreign Affairs holds Talks with the Egyptian Ambassador.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzough, held talks today, Thursday, in his office with His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Abd El-Hamid Taya, the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt accredited to Mauritania.
The discussions addressed the existing relations between the two brotherly countries and the ways to enhance and develop them in service of the common interests of the two brotherly peoples. A number of issues of mutual interest were also reiterated.
