President of Republic: ‘Discussions With US President Focused on Strengthening Bilateral Cooperation’

His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, has expressed his delight at visiting the United States of America and meeting His Excellency  President Donald Trump.

In a tweet on his X account, at the end of a several-day working visit to the United States, His Excellency wrote:

“I was delighted to visit the United States of America and meet with His Excellency President Donald Trump.

Our discussions focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in various sectors and exploring promising opportunities to develop investment and trade partnerships between our two countries.”
