Minister of Interior Holds Talks With Gambian Counterpart

On 26 June, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, the Minister of Interior, Promotion of Decentralization, and Local Development, held talks with his Gambian counterpart, Mr. Abdoulaye Sanyang.

The meeting reviewed cooperation relations between the two countries, particularly in the fields of the fight against terrorism, drugs, immigration regulation, and the conditions of residence of citizens of both countries in Mauritania and Gambia.
