Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research heads to Paris

On Sunday evening, June 22, 2025 the minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Yacoub Ould Moyne, left Nouakchott for Paris to participate in the Second Intergovernmental Conference of States Parties to the Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications for Higher Education, organized by UNESCO from June 24 to 25 in the French capital, Paris.
