Foreign Minister meets his Saudi counterpart

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug met on Saturday with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan, on the sidelines of the meetings of the Foreign Ministers of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), currently held in Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on issues of cooperation between the two brotherly countries and means of enhancing and developing them to serve the common interests of the two brotherly peoples, the regional and international situation in general, and the need to coordinate positions on the current situation in the Middle East
