The President of the Republic returns to Nouakchott after Performing the Hajj Rituals.

His Excellency President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani returned this evening, Monday, to Nouakchott coming from the holy lands after performing the Hajj rituals for the year 1446 AH / 2025 AD. The President was welcomed at Nouakchott International Airport by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mokhtar Ould Diay, the ministerial advisor to the presidency, Mr. Mohamed Ould Abdullah Ould Outhmane, the Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Sheikh Abdullah Ben Boye, the Minister of Interior, Decentralization, and Local Development, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemin, the Chief of Staff of the President, General Ibrahim Fall El Cheibani El Sheikh Ahmed, the Assistant Director of the President’s Office, Mrs. Gandega Fatimata, and the governor of Nouakchott West, Mr. Amarbi Rabou Ould Bounen Ould Abidine.
The President of the Republic was accompanied by a significant delegation that included the following gentlemen:- Dr. Mariam bint Dah, the First Lady;- Nani Ould Chroukh, Minister in charge of the President’s Office;- Ahmed Ould Bah, also known as Ahmedna, Advisor at the Presidency;- Hassan Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Ceremonies
