Minister of Justice receives RSF delegation

The Minister of Justice, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallah Ben Boya, received a delegation from Reporters Sans Frontières (RSF) visiting the country, led by Mr. Thibaut Bruttin, the organization’s Director General.

During the meeting, the Minister gave a presentation on the major reforms of the country’s legal system, which have made it possible to broaden the scope of freedoms and combine freedom and responsibility, rights and duty.

For his part, the Director General of RSF presented his organization’s efforts to protect journalists and develop freedom of expression.
