Higher Education Minister Receives Spanish Ambassador

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Yacoub Ould Moine, received on Friday in Nouakchott, HE Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Mauritania, Mr. Pablo Barbara Gomez.

The meeting dealt with cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to develop and strengthen them, especially in the fields of higher education and scientific research.
