Minister Delegate in Charge of the Budget heads to Togo

The Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance in charge of the Budget, Kodioro Moussa N’guenore, left Nouakchott on Sunday evening for Togo to participate in a conference organized by the African Union (AU) on the continent’s debt.

 

The conference, organized under the theme: “Public Debt Management Agenda in Africa: Restoring and Protecting Debt Sustainability,” will begin on Monday and last for three days.

The conference brings together representatives of ministries of finance and central banks of African Union member states, economic policymakers, financial experts, regional economic communities, African multilateral financial institutions and civil society organizations.

The Minister is accompanied by the Director of Accounting and Cash Management at the General Directorate of Treasury and Public Accounting, Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Michel, and the Assistant Director of External Debt Management, Mr. Hussein Majdoub
