Mauritania Participates in Global Occupational Safety and Health Conference

The Minister of Public Service and Labor, Mr. Mohamed Ould Soueidat, participated yesterday, Sunday, in the opening of the Seventh Conference on Global Occupational Safety and Health, held in Riyadh from May 4 to 6, 2025, with broad participation from ministers in Arab and Islamic countries, senior officials, experts, and representatives of international and regional organizations.

The Minister delivered a speech during the conference sessions under the title: “Developing the Reality of Occupational Safety and Health in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania,” in which he reviewed the national efforts made to enhance the work environment and develop the legislative and institutional framework for occupational health and safety.
