Environment Minister heads to Geneva

The Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Ms. Massouda Baham Mohamed Laghdaf, left Nouakchott on Tuesday for Geneva, Switzerland, to participate in the high-level meeting on the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm conventions on organic pollution.

The meeting will take place on the sidelines of the Conference of the Parties (COP) of the said conventions from April 30 to May 3 in Geneva.
