President of the Republic hosts an Iftar Banquet in Honor of Members of the Supervisory Board of the Democratic Opposition Foundation and Heads of Political Parties

As part of the Ramadan revival policy adopted by HE President of the Republic Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, which he made an opportunity to communicate with everyone, he hosted an Iftar banquet on Sunday evening at the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott in honor of the members of the Supervisory Board of the Democratic Opposition Foundation, the heads of national political parties (pro and opposition) and candidates for the last presidential elections.

 

The Iftar comes within the framework of the President of the Republic’s openness to all the political spectrum in the country, and his adoption of the year of dialogue and consultation, and spreading the spirit of fraternity, following the dictates of the Ramadan school of virtuous values that call for compassion, love, solidarity and cooperation for righteousness and piety.

The Iftar ceremony was attended by the. Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic, Mr. Nani Ould Shrougha, and the. Minister of Culture, Arts, Communication and Relations with Parliament, Spokesperson of the Government, Mr. El Houssein Ould Medou.
