The President of the Republic Attends the Opening Session of the Extraordinary Arab Summit Devoted to Discussing the Developments of the Palestinian Question

In the presence of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the extraordinary Arab summit devoted to discussing developments in the Palestinian cause and ways to support the Palestinian people was launched a short while ago in Cairo.

Upon his arrival in the New Administrative Capital in Cairo, HE the President of the Republic was received to attend the opening session of the summit by HE President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

The summit will discuss the latest developments of the Palestinian cause, with a view to reaching a unified Arab resolution and position that rejects displacement and affirms the Arab consensus to take the necessary legal and international measures to stop attempts to expel Palestinians from their lands.

The summit will also discuss plans to rebuild Gaza without removing Palestinians from their land, supporting the completion of the ceasefire agreement and preventing any violations.
