Minister of Economy and Finance meets FAO Director-General

The Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Sid’ Ahmed Ould Bouh, met today in Rome on the sidelines of the meetings of the Board of Governors of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Mr. Qu Dongyu, Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
The meeting was an opportunity to take stock of the level of cooperation relations between Mauritania and FAO in the sector of agriculture, animal development and fishing, especially in the field of technical support, scientific studies and preparation for investments in these important sectors.
The Minister was accompanied by H.E. Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Dahi, Ambassador of Mauritania to Italy.
