President of the Republic returns to Nouakchott after a Working Visit to the Wilayas of Assaba and Hodh Gharbi

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, returned on Saturday to Nouakchott after a working visit to the wilayas of Assaba and Hodh El Gharbi, during which he supervised the inauguration and launch of important development projects in commemoration of the sixty-fourth anniversary of national independence.

The President of the Republic bid farewell at Nouakchott Oumtounsi  International Airport by Prime Minister Mokhtar Ould Djay,  the Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic Moulay Ould Mohamed Laghdaf, the Ministers Counsellor of the Presidency of the Republic Mohamed Ould Abdallahi Ould Othmane, Aichata Ba Yahia, Minister of Justice Mohamed Mahmoud Ould Cheikh Abdallah Ould Boye, Minister of Defence, Retirees Affairs and Martyrs’ Children Hanana Ould Sidi and Minister of the Interior, Promotion of Decentralization and Local Development Mohamed Ahmed Ould Mohamed Lemine, in addition to the Chief of Special Staff of the President of the Republic, Major General Brahim Vall Chibani Cheikh Ahmed, the Assistant Director of the Office of the President of the Republic, Gandega Fatimata, the Governor of Nouakchott West, Mr.M’rabih Rabbou Ould Bounana Ould Abidine, and the President of the Nouakchott Region, Fatima Mint Abdel Malik.

His Excellency the President of the Republic is accompanied by an important delegation that includes:

– Nani Ould Shrougha, Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic;

– Mohamed Ould Khaled, Minister of Energy and Oil;

– Ely Ould El FVeirik, Minister of Equipment and Transport;

– Sidi Mohamed Ould Sidi Jaafar, in charge of the Presidency of the Republic;

– Salah Ould Dahmache, Adviser in charge of the Presidency of the Republic;

– Ezid Bih Ould Mohamed Mahmoud, Adviser to the Presidency of the Republic;

– El Hassan Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Protocol.

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, had previously left the city of Kiffa (wilaya of Assaba) after supervising, within the framework of the activities commemorating the 64th anniversary of the National Independence Day, the laying of the foundation stone for the second and third phases of the project to cover the comprehensive electronic communication services of the southern and southeastern border regions of the country, extending from the city of Ould Yenge to the city of N’beiket Lahwach.

His Excellency the President of the Republic bid farewell at Kiffa airport by the Wali of Assaba, Mr. Ahmedou Adahi khtaireh.
