Minister of Economy and Finance visits the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce

As part of the activities organized by the Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Sid Ahmed Ould Bouh, on the sidelines of the Third Trade and Investment Forum between the United Kingdom and Francophone West and Central Africa, the Minister visited the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, accompanied by H.E. Ambassador Ba Samba Mamadou, Mauritania’s Ambassador in London, and Ms. Aïssata Lam, Director General of the Investment Promotion Agency of Mauritania.

During the visit, the Minister gave a presentation on investment in Mauritania, highlighting the country’s efforts to promote investments and develop the private sector.

Ms. Aïssata Lam gave a presentation on the role of the Investment Promotion Agency in accompanying and supporting investors, and reviewed the incentives and opportunities available in Mauritania.

The meeting allowed Chamber members and investors interested in Mauritania to ask questions and engage in discussions on the business climate and investment opportunities in Mauritania.
