Minister of Higher Education Leaves for Abu Dhabi

On 25 November, Mr. Yaghoub Ould Moine, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, left Nouakchott for the United Arab Emirates to participate in the 19th Conference of Ministers in Charge of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Arab World, which will be held in Abu Dhabi on 27 and 28 November.
