President of Republic Supervises Second Edition of National Days of Traditional Crafts

On Friday evening, the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani, presided over the inauguration of the second edition of National Days of Traditional Crafts at Nouakchott’s Olympic Complex. The event was held under the theme “Let us reinvent traditional crafts for the benefit of future generations.

During his visit, the President toured the diverse exhibits that celebrated the rich heritage of Mauritanian craftsmanship. The exhibition showcased how traditional crafts have evolved to meet modern demands, contributing significantly to job creation, tourism, and the broader economy.
