President of the Republic Congratulates Azerbaijani Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Elghazouani, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijanon, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its national day:
