President of Republic Congratulates Ethiopian President

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to Her Excellency Mme Sahle-Work Zewde, president of the Republic of Ethiopia:
