President of the Republic Chairman of the African Union arrives in Rio de Janeiro to participate in the 19th Summit of the Group of Twenty

His Excellency the President of the Republic and Chairperson of the African Union, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, arrived Sunday evening (November 17th) in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), to participate in the 19th Summit of the Group of Twenty, which will be held at the City Museum, tomorrow under the slogan “Towards building a just world and a sustainable planet”.
Upon his arrival at Rio de Janeiro International Airport, the President of the Republic was boarded by Mr. John Monteiro, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Relations of Brazil, His Excellency the Ambassador of our country to Brazil, Mr. Abdoulaye Idrissa Wan, and the staff of our country’s diplomatic mission in Brasilia.
His Excellency the President of the Republic is accompanied by an important delegation that includes:
– Nani Ould Chrougha, Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic;
Sid Ahmed Ould Bouh, Minister of Economy and Finance;
– Tah Ould Ahmed Mewloud, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic;
– El Hassan Ould Zein, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic;
– El Hassan Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Protocol.
