Nouakchott Region signs Framework Agreement with Mayor of Riyadh Region, Mayor of Utrecht and Governor of Cairo

The President of the Nouakchott Region, Fatima Mint Abdel Malik, along with the Mayor of Riyadh Region in Saudi Arabia, the Mayor of Utrecht (Dutch) and the Governor of Cairo in the Arab Republic of Egypt, oversaw on Tuesday in Cairo, the signing of a framework agreement between the aforementioned authorities.

This framework agreement aims to enhance cooperation and consultation between Arab and European cities in several vital fields such as strengthening city diplomacy, environmental and combating climate change, exchanging expertise and successful experiences, urban planning and sustainable mobility.

The signing took place at the Saudi pavilion at the World Urban Forum in Cairo.
