President of the Republic offers his Condolences to the Emir of Kuwait

On Monday, His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent a message of condolence to His Highness Sheikh Mechaal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the sister state of Kuwait, on the death of His Highness Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al Hamad Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah.
The message reads as follows
On this sorrowful occasion, we present to Your Highness, and through you to the government and people of the brotherly State of Kuwait, our most sincere condolences and feelings of sympathy, praying to Allah the Almighty to surround the deceased with His profound mercy and felicities and to welcome him into His Holy Paradise, and to inspire patience and comfort in you and his family.
To Allah we belong and to Him we return.
