Mauritania discusses Oil and Energy Development With China

The Minister of Energy and Oil Mohamed Ould Mohamed Maelainine Ould Khaled held talks Thursday in Nouakchott with the Ambassador of People’s Republic of China to Mauritania, Li Baijun.
The talks covered ways to develop Mauritanian-Chinese relations and ways to strengthen them, especially in the field of oil and renewable energies.
The talks took place in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Oil and Energy and a number of sector executives
