Under the High Patronage of His Excellency, the President of the Republic, the Activities of the Fourth Edition of Al-Rasheed Days are Launched

The fourth edition of the Days of Rachid, the version of the late Sidi Ahmed Ould Agjah, kicked off last night in the city of Rachid, under the high patronage of His Excellency the President of the Republic.HE. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.
At the opening of the event, the Assistant Governor of Tagant, Mr. Mohamed Abdellah Yeslam Sidi Habib, thanked the organizers of this event, stressing that it is an occasion to highlight the bright history of this city and its rich cultural heritage and to recall its distinguished contributions to jihad in all its meanings.
He said that this event is of great importance because of its role in introducing our honorable national history and consolidating the values of patriotism, development and solidarity.
The Wali recalled the importance attached by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, to culture, which he made a priority of the programme for the valorization of cultural and historical heritage as a true expression of our civilizational identity and religious values.
In turn, the President of the Rasheed Forum Association, Mr. Sedoum Ould Sidati Ould Abba, the coordinator of the demonstration of Days of Rachid, Mr. Mohamed Mokhtar Ould Habib, and Mr. Maimoun Ould Yeslam Ould Aminouh, who united on behalf of the organizers of the demonstration of Days of Rachid, thanked all those who attended this edition and those who contributed to organizing it, including frameworks and clubs, wishing it success.
They reiterated the development and cultural goals achieved since the first brick was laid for this development and cultural project as a result of the conviction of those in charge of it of the need to achieve these goals for the benefit of the present and future of the population of this city.
They stressed that here planted human rational centuries ago, believing that civilization is born of stability and stability close to the harvest, so the harvest was the accumulation of centuries of knowledge, productivity and creativity.
