Foreign Minister Sends Condolences Message to his Jordanian Counterpart

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismaël Ould Cheikh Ahmed, sent a message of condolence to Mr. Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Jordanians abroad from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Here is the text of that message:

“Excellency,

We learned with deep dismay and sadness the news of the passing of one of Jordan’s best devoted sons, the late His Royal Highness Emir Muhammad Bin Talal.

On this painful occasion, I extend my sincere condolences to you and, through you, to His Majesty the King, to the government and people of the Hashemite Brotherhood of Jordan; I enclose in this the expression of my compassion to the brotherly Jordanian people as well as to the royal family, imploring Allah the Almighty to cover the deceased with His Mercy and to welcome them in His Holy Heaven.
