Mauritania, Saudi Arabic Arabia discuss Draft Law on Reciprocal Protection of Investments

The Foreign Relations Committee of the National Assembly, chaired by Mr. Mokhtar Ould Khalipha, held a meeting on Thursday evening to discuss a draft law allowing the ratification of the Agreement on the Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments between Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, signed on November 09, 2023 in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia.
During its meeting, the committee followed up with a presentation by the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Abdesselam Ould Mohamed Saleh, in which he highlighted the contents and objectives of the aforementioned draft law.
