President-Elect Receives Congratulatory Message From Sudan’s TSC President

On 15 July, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, president-elect, received a congratulatory message from General Abdelvettah al-Burhan Abdelrahmane, the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of Sudan (TSC), on the occasion of his re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania for a new term.

The message reads as follows:

“His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, I have the pleasure and the honor, on the occasion of the trust placed in you by your people by re-electing you President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, to send you my sincere congratulations and my best wishes for success in the accomplishment of your noble tasks and in leading your country on the development path.

I also take this opportunity to salute the strong bonds of fraternity and the distinguished relations of cooperation between our two people, reiterating my firm determination to develop and promote them for the good and interest of our two brotherly people.
