President-elect receives Congratulations From Cameroon’s President

HE the President of the Republic, President-elect Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, received, on Monday, a cable of congratulations from HE President of the Republic of Cameroon, Paul Biya, on the occasion of his re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania for a new term of office.
The cable reads:
“Your Excellency the President and dear brother,
Your re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania gives me a good opportunity to extend to you my warm and sincere congratulations and my wishes for success in your new term.
I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate to you my readiness and my Government to work to strengthen the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation that exist between our two countries.
Please accept, Mr. President and dear brother, the assurances of my highest consideration.
Paul Biya”.
