2024 Presidency: Candidate Mamadou Bocar Ba concludes his campaign at the Sebkha Stadium in Nouakchott West

The candidate for the 2024 presidential elections, Mr. Mamadou Bocar Ba, concluded his election campaign on Thursday evening with a rally at the Sebkha Stadium in Nouakchott West, during which he explained his vision for major national issues.

Addressing his supporters, the candidate said that he ran for these elections in the interest of the country, adding that he has developed a realistic program that meets the country’s development requirements.

He pointed out that his campaign management organized a strong campaign over two consecutive weeks, which enabled him to travel to different regions of the country to present his electoral program to voters up close.

He noted that Mauritania is rich in mineral, gas, fisheries, agricultural and pastoral wealth, pledging to redistribute this wealth.

He emphasized that the national wealth has not been used for the benefit of citizens, who suffer from health, education, water, employment and lack of other public services, he said.

Mr. Mamadou Bocar Ba added that he sacrificed his personal interests and went to prison in order for the values of justice, equality and injustice to prevail in society.

He called on all his supporters to turn out en masse on polling day to vote for him, thanking everyone who contributed in any way to support his campaign and the choices of the coalition supporting him.
