President of the Republic Heads to Manama to Participate in the 33rd Ordinary Summit of the Council of the League of Arab States

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mohamed Ould Cheikh EL Ghazouani, rotating Chairman of the African Union, left Nouakchott on Wednesday for Manama (capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain), to participate in the thirty-third ordinary summit of the Council of the League of Arab States.
Upon his departure at Nouakchott Oumtounsy International Airport, the President of the Republic bid farewell by Prime Minister, Mohamed Ould Bilal Messoud, Minister Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic, Minister Counsellor of the Presidency of the Republic, a number of members of the Government, the Chief of Special Staff of the President of the Republic, the Wali of Nouakchott West and the Vice-President of the Nouakchott Region.
His Excellency the President of the Republic is accompanied by an important delegation that includes:
– Dr. Mariam Mint Dah, First Lady;
– Mokhtar Ould Djay, Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic;
– Mohamed Salem Ould Merzouk, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad;
– El Houssein Ould Dieh, Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the League of Arab States;
– Ahmed Ould Bah, alias H’Meida, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic;
– Sidi Mohamed Ould Sidi Jafar, in charge of the Presidency of the Republic;
– Ezid Bih Ould Mohamed Mahmoud, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic;
– El Hacen Ould Ahmed, Director General of State Protocol.
